POLICY  

• All services must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Same day services may incur an additional charge.
• We have a 1-hour minimum for all services.
• We will do as many requests and errands as possible in 1 hour.
• Please understand there may be circumstances that arise and are out of our control such as traffic and weather conditions, however, we will work as efficiently as possible.
• Rates do not include the prices of the goods, taxes, or services purchased on the client's behalf.
• For services, requiring more than one assistant, additional charges will apply.
• Full payment is required at the time of services.
• Cancellation of services requires a 24-hour Notice.  There is a 50% charge for all services cancelled the same day the service is to be performed.
• All of our services are personally guaranteed.   If you are not satisfied with our services, a refund for the service portion of your bill will be refunded ONLY.
• We will strive to exceed our client’s expectations.
• Services and rates are subject to change without notice.
