Whatever the Occasion Personal Assistant Services pricing structure is setup to give our Clients the Best Quality of Service as possible. There is a 2-hour minimum requirement for all Services provided.   If the Service exceed the minimum requirement, Services will be billed in 30 minute increments.  All Errand Services will incur an additional charge for mileage billed at the IRS maximum rate of $.505 per mile.  If the Client wish to receive residual services on a daily basis, there  is a 2-hour minimum requirement per day within the hours of operation until the Service is terminated.  If the hours exceed the minimum requirement, Services will be billed in 30 minute increments.  We do not roll over hours. We will do our best to perform as many Services within the minimum hour requiresment as possible.  Service fees do not cover any products or services purchased on the Clients' behalf.  Services that are performed after business hours, weekends, or holidays will incur an additional charge to be determined at the time of the request.
